When I say, “It’s a filthy habit,” I don’t mean that I’m condemning anyone for doing it. I can hardly afford to condemn someone else for doing the same thing that I’ve been doing for more than 20 years! What I mean is, it makes me feel filthy and unclean. Polycarp mentioned that I might be bisexual. I have definitely had some strong sexual attraction towards Rose, so I think Poly’s statement may hold some truth to it. I’m _not_ a complete homosexual as Otto paints me. Me and Rose are going to try to work this out. It will be hard, yes. But to consign my quest for heterosexuality to failure, as Otto wants to do, is to deny my very nature. I have feelings for Rose. They include but are not limited to sexual feelings. Part of the problem here is that I don’t feel the need to label my sexuality, or rather to label myself as if my sexuality were the prime factor in determining who I am. I don’t label myself as homosexual or bisexual simply because my sexual orientation isn’t what defines me. Ah, **MAN!** Get it together! Straight, gay or bi, whatever – but CHOOSE! Masturbation is not ‘dirty’ nor anything to be ashamed of. It is natural. If you feel dirty or whatever afterwards, then you might want to consider talking to a professional. Guys whack off! So do chicks. Hell, I know girls who have enough ‘toys’ to intimidate a machine shop and they love using them with or without the real thing around. I know of guys who, especially when drunk, don’t give a crap whether or not it is another guy or a girl who gives them a BJ and they don’t consider themselves as gay nor especially bi.
