Concerned Citizens: I think you’re all ignoring a much more prevalent threat to our society: **lefthandedness**. There was a time when this abnormal, unnatural condition was properly frowned upon. When children showed signs of this preference(usually just a “phase”), they were retrained to do things right. Today, in this Godless, “do-your-own-thing” world of no rules, _southpaws_ display blatant lefthanded behavior in public! Some people even claim that being “bi”(ambidextrous) is advantageous and makes one more “well-rounded.” It’s ludicrous! No wonder the Brits all seem kinda “funny”…they shift gears with their left hands, for cryin’ out loud! Do you realize that 10% of the population now leans in this direction? They practice medicine, they hold office, they teach school! It makes me sick! Whatever happened to the clear-cut values of knowing that there is a wrong way and a **right** way to live? Disgusted, _Right-handed and Proud of It_ ---

Does this mean that us straights, you know, to keep the population going, have to have EXTRA sex to make up for the gays? We are horribly overpopulated. Then again, I know gay people who have children. There are adoption agencies. If you’re going to be a homophobe, at least try to come up with a proper reason. ---

I’d have to say that I’m neutral, leaning toward “for” on the subject; only because I’m no more “for” or “against” homosexuality than I am for wooden doors, or westhighland terriers, or any other \. All of those things make our society a better, perhaps more enjoyable place. I just can’t see being “against” someone because they love in a different way than I do. ---

Let it be known that I advanced this theory **last week** in the _Ask the Gay Guy IV_ thread! I **AM** the original! And I got nothing against homosexuality either. Oh, and **Collounsbury**? I have my doubts about professional associations for this sort of thing. I’d be afraid we’d see the development of a ‘closed shop’ mentality. How are we supposed to control the ‘dabblers’ if the pros won’t let newbies into the union? Perhaps there could be both ‘full’ memberships and ‘allied’ memberships. Ooo.
