I think it’s really telling that Curtis won’t address the issues you and others have brought up on the bad translation upon which he supports his argument.

_All_ of the prohibitions listed in Leviticus 18, including adultery, are referred to as abominations. The wrap-up verses to that chapter read as follows:

It’s true that only homosexuality is referred to as such in its own verse, but that doesn’t exclude the others from that category.
As for rape, the Bible considers rape (of an unmarried, not-related woman) to be in the same general category as assault.
