Okay, so I’m here to correct an egregious oversight on my part.
Shame on me, I somehow managed to forget to mention **Waiola Shave Ice**. :eek:
Shaved ice so fine it’s like eating snow, but without having to fall face first off of a snowboard or pair of skis to do so.
I also feel obligated to mention Liliha Bakery, though for the life of me, I can’t remember what their specialties are supposed to be. (Cream puffs? Dream cake?)

There was a Genki Sushi in Lihue in Kaua’i when we were there a couple of years ago. It was in the unlikely location of a mall, but it was topnotch. I liked their ahi poke sushi.
