Looks like Jan Ullrich, Lance’s chief rival in last year’s Tour de France, might be cut from the race this year. [VeloNews](http://www.velonews.com/news/fea/2560.0.html) says he tested positive for amphetamines. He was also arrested for a drunk driving hit-and-run earlier this year.

Ullrich already announced not to participate in the Tour because of recovery of a knee injury.
