# Horrible Practices You've Witnessed Behind the Scenes in Restaurants

My first job as a youth was at the local KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken as it was known then. It was Mothers Day and extremely busy. Someone has tipped over the 50(?) gallon container of flour and “secret spices” onto the floor. The manager gave me a dustbin used to sweep the floor and told me scoop it back in the container. That mix now had more than 11 secret spices. I quit shortly thereafter.
