I asked this specific question of her some years ago, and what I posted is almost verbatim from her reply. Considering that she worked on sled dogs a LOT - Some of her cleints were people like Jeff King and Dee Dee Jonroe - She might have gained some body of knowledge there.
This may not be sufficient for you, though - Because, after 17 years of service in Wasilla, she suddenly passed away a few years ago, so is no longer available to consult.
