# Hot dogs and pneumonia

How come hot dogs come in packages of 10 and hot dog buns come in packages of 8? It’s confusing and I need to know because well, yeah, I do. Also is it true that if you go outside with wet hair in the cold you can get pneumonia. I never understood that. How does that work?
