Every year at my birthday party, I serve “homemade” Skyline coneys. Cinti chili fans may want to know about the large tub of Skyline available in your grocer’s freezer. (Always wanted to say that.) WAIT! Tomorrow is the 14th. I’m going to the Reds game! More coneys! Natural casing definitely rules, if you can find them. Ketchup is an abomination unto the hot dog.
