It should be noted that both “left-wing” and “right-wing” are highly amorphous terms that can mean different things in different countries. The Democrats are the left-wing party in America, but compared to the left-wing parties of other nations, they can look somewhat conservative in their overall makeup. ---

You mean the election where the Liberals lost a bunch of seats, lost the popular vote, and only hold power because of a special deal cut between them and another party to keep them in power? Yeah, I guess there’s one. Is that the last of them? ---
