# Hotmail sends blank e-mails........

…to my work e-mail address.

I have the ability to check my work e-mail from home. Work e-mail is on Novell “Groupwise”. Sometimes someone _from_ work will send an e-mail to my hotmail address, but when I try to answer her from home (Hotmail to Groupwise) she gets only a blank e-mail from me. I have tried sending myself an e-mail from home to work and I have no problem receiving it . What do y’all think is causing this problem?

I think I ran across this before when I used Groupwise. IIRC, it had to do with an incorrect, or incompatible, MIME setting in Groupwise.

Check the MIME settings – I think there were only two choices – try the other one.

Sorry I’m so vague, but I don’t have Groupwise now, and it’s been about 6 years.
