That’s pretty silly. You see one or two in a throng of thousands. I highly doubt it’s China’s “latest craze”.

Damn Daily Mail. WHY does it still pass the Doper BS Test?!

Maybe they need to complete their protection with a wide brimmed hat, some sunglasses, and a bandanna tied over their mouth like a bandit in a Western movie. 😃
