It’s interesting that no one has nominated the couple that should be arguably the hottest on network TV right now. Not only do they role play, but it’s been shown as a continuing plot point. The wife has gone out in public naked under her rain coat just to turn on the husband. The husband is extremely lithe and acrobatic. Their kids definitely know what’s going on in the bedroom, to the point of thinking that their parents are even more active than they really are. I’m talking about Phil and Claire in _Modern Family_. But for the record, the hottest relationship of anyone in the show was between Haley and Andy. ---

Regarding Bewitched and I Dream Of Jeannie, I remember reading an analysis pointing out how anti-feminist those shows were. Both husbands had wives capable of amazing magic but required their wives largely to stay home and do housework the old-fashioned way. ---

Dan and Roseanne had sex marathons when for some reason she wanted to get pregnant (on the show) that were rather candid. When she suggested round two, he said he hoped she had some new tricks in mind as he was drained (also known as A.F.O.) . They had a deep and lasting bond, and the red-hot passion fades after a couple of years, in case you didn’t know. The deep and lasting bond is what matters. But maybe that wasn’t your point, never mind.
