Well, at least it has a cite for where even the Heritage Foundation no longer believes that tax cuts increase revenues.

But that always works! Laffer proved it with his Laffer… what was it, the Laffer Slope? Something like that.

They had to change it from the Laffer Slope to the Laffer Curve because too many republicans were assuming the name referred to an Asian guy named Laffer. 😛
