I’ve been pondering the same thing. My opinion, and I make the motion:

For any streaming series released in one fell swoop (House of Cards, Man in the High Castle, Kimmy Schmidt, Orange is the New Black) that there be a separate thread opened for each episode.

Do I hear a second?

I counter propose each such series get two threads - one for open spoilers, one for closed spoilers for people who are working through the material gradually. I suggest this is better than, say, ~13 separate threads for a full season of one of these shows.
