This is based on the UK ‘House of Cards’ series, correct? In which case you should be in for a treat, since: - Season 2 was jolly good over here - there’s a spiffing\* Season 3 as well 🆒 \*spiffing means jolly good 😉 Season 2 in the UK featured the Monarchy, so there will be some rewriting needed for the US ---

I just got through episode 11. That first episode - wow. Ned Stark - level shock, indeed. In ep. 11, I don’t buy the thing with Meecham, Claire, and Frank. ---

I think that’s the first time it’s been used in the American version. But boy… I’m sure I was with every other viewer wondering what happened to the snarky asides. Having watched the British series 1, I was a bit spoiled. As soon as she entered a subway station, and there was that ominous high-tension drumming, I figured she was going to hit the tracks.On the other hand, my husband was totally unspoiled and still was not surprised. I adored “Did you think I’d forgotten you?” Also, I felt pleasantly suckered by Claire’s actions. Did not see that coming! ---
