For the Speaker election the second call is only for those who failed to vote on the first. Notice there was no “does anyone want to change” call. ---

That is what I am trying to tell you: the vote of Present stays Present. The Clerk does NOT call their names again. They were not trying to get Gaetz to change on the fly last time around, they were telling him “oh fer crying’ out loud you %$#@\*er” ---
