Ninja’ed! [Here’s Wikipedia on Discharge Petitions](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discharge_petition#In_the_U.S._House_of_Representatives), if anyone’s curious; I was just reading up on them myself. This could be a very powerful tactic for Democrats, if there’s a weak Speaker.
