# Houseguests - a poll.

Ha! I’ll keep a light on for you, **Ginger**. Bring hubby and any drinking buddy that hubby may happen to have, too.

Now repeat after me, _“Calis, coloc - tabernac!”_ (Jesus, I have to actually pick up that phrase book sometime.)

Thanks for your advice, folks.

I sent her (as friendly as I could manage) e-mail letting her know that we’d like to talk about it sometime this week - not demanding a change, but letting her know that if it continues at more-or-less this rate we’ll bail. (Although this last move was already the third in a thirteen-month period - a record for me. Eeeesh.)

One good thing that’s come out of this, we are looking seriously at buying strata (condo) - something which my fiancée had resisted the idea of. If we can afford it - it makes a lot more sense to me than continuing to throw money away on rent. We are planning to move East at some point relatively soon - may end up being “non-resident owners.”

Anyway - looking forward to seeing how the actual conversation goes. I think it’ll be okay.

Even if it’s not, it can’t go on like this. Eeeeesh, again.

1. I’m a firm believer in the saying: “Fish and guests smell after three days.”

2. I’d suggest the above as a guideline.
