She went to the hospital, so I guess they released her, investigated the matter further, and decided pressing charges was merited.

She wasn’t arrested for not wearing a mask. I wouldn’t be surprised if no one in the state has. But when she was told to leave the store and refused it became trespassing.

White people need to stop being so loosey-goosey with their White Privilege cards. They are handing them out to people of all colors now-a-days, with all the people of color I see not wearing masks.
