Ohhhh, I get it now. I’ve just thought you liked to clean the kitchen. :smack:
I like the SBSP gang myself. In fact, I believe that I probably own a piece of every marketable angle that they’ve come up with. Darn Stephen Hillenberg (sp?).
My user name is my first and second initials and part of my last name.
Mine’s short and easy to remember. Also, at the time I changed it, I think I was drinking Bacardi Raz and just liked the way it sounded. Now I use it every time I have to pick a username on the internet (or razz if raz is taken).
Pochacco is one of Hello Kitty’s friends. Back in the mid 90’s I used to play Quake as Pochacco because I thought that it was funnier to frag people if I had a cute, cuddly username. (One of my buddies used to play as “Poo” for the same reason. He had the chat line “You have just been killed by someoone named ‘Poo’.” bound to one of his hotkeys.) From there it became my default username for online forums.
My username comes from an inside joke on my high school basketball team. Also, it gives me the incredible superpower of being able to reduce GD abortion threads to the level of MPSIMS yuk-yuk-yukking, if only for a few posts at a time.
Most people know this by now, but mine’s a C. S. Lewis reference; in Out of the Silent Planet and its two sequels, Malacandra is both the planet Mars and the sorta-archangel who bosses up the place (benevolently, of course).
It was about my third choice; the first two were taken so I reached for something slightly less well known. And the terminal “a” led lots of people to believe I was female until I put 'em straight.
Mordib should’ve been Maud’dib but some meanie had already nabbed it. As a result I am now Mordib nearly everywhere online, people happily assume its ‘Morbid’ but it isnt, and its from dune in case anyone hadnt guessed.
