Bah - I hit the “reply” button too soon. Sorry, Paul.
In answer to the original question, you might want to consider using a blog rather than creating a traditional Web site. The amount of inter-blog linking is amazing, and there are free services (e.g., Blogger) that collect no verifiable personal information when you sign up. The only possible way to trace it is through IP addresses, and BlackKnight already discussed how to get around that.
Well istara, God Bless him, has already offered to put some information on his blog. In addition, my Thai roomie will soon be out of the Kingdom, I am encouraging him to put up a web page. I am also having my nephew do some investigating.
I honestly don’t think it’s really all that childish. IMHO, this is exactly one of the great powers of the internet. In the past if you had something you wanted to expose, or even just warn others about, you’d have to search for a news reporter or some other investigator to publish what you’ve got. It may have been too small-scale for the NYT, but too large for the local rinkydink city newspaper.
Nowadays anyone can post whatever they want on the internet in form of blog, messageboard, or simply webpage. In order to be heard, all you have to do is get people to know about your web address – so make sure the domain is something snappy and memorable. With some work you may even be able to get your site listed on Google as one of the top returns when the name of the company is searched for.
