# How are you preparing for the coming fascist authoritarian regime?

No I didnt say that 10% of american elected officials are republicans. What Im saying is that democrats are still winning elections more often than republicans alot more often than people like to think, but whenever a republican wins a high profile race, it gets blown up way more than the races that democrats win.
Examples such as when Boston elected an Asian mayor, Pittsburgh elected a black mayor and NJ re-elected a democrat for the first time in a few decades all got overshadowed when the republicans won the governor of Virginia. Its easy to focus on the negative even though lots of positive things are still happening with democrats.

I gave you plenty of examples of how I am right, yet your just arguing for the sake of arguing. Nothing seems to satisfy you except doom and gloom and negativity, so there is no real point in having a constructive conversation with you.

…you didn’t give me a single example to show “you are right.” Because you can’t. Authoritarians and capitalists **can** work hand-in-hand.
I’m not “arguing for the sake of arguing.” They have taken away the right to abortion in multiple states. They will be coming after trans people next, then gay marriage, and they aren’t going to stop there. It is incredibly dangerous to pretend that none of this matters.

I am talking about competitive districts, not any random district. Many districts are predetermined. The dems are still doing well in competitive districts.
And its probably civics that you should have paid more attention in.
