According to von Neumann and Wigner, as we gained consciousness, we Teleologically collapsed the wavefunction of the universe. Without us (conscious observers) there could be no physical reality. We are the creators of the universe. WE ARE THE MASTERS!! ---

We are about half way between Plank scale (10 to the neg. 43rd power) and cosmic scale(10 to the 27th power). I hope this helps. ---
