From your parents on down, including spouses of siblings, children, spouses of children, grandchildren, etc. Nevermind cousins, aunts, or uncles. There are 15 in mine. Oldest is 77, youngest is 2. ---

My parents are dead. There’s me and my spouse, my brother and his wife, and four kids between us. 8 total, then. Oldest is 54 (my spouse) and youngest is 10 (our younger child). ---

Following your parameters strictly, there are 6 of us. I counted my dad, though he isn’t really part of the gang. If you had asked without discounting aunts, uncles and cousins I’d have included mine, which brings us to a whopping 10. (11 if we included my new cousin-in-law) My family hasn’t reproduced at a replacement rate in over 4 generations. ---

One set of grandparents, mom, dad, wife, four brothers, three sisters-in-law, five nieces/nephews, = 17. Range is 95 years - 2 years. If you include my wife’s family, (which I certainly do, I’ve known them for 16 years), you can add 12 more. So basically I have to buy gifts for 28 people at Christmas. ---
