Lost me, Homebrew… unless… the closest guess I can hazard is _Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts_ by Bob Dylan, but that song is a lot more complex than that… Um, ok… young college kid out on his own for the first time meets a woman in a bar. She turns out to be a drag queen… despite major creep-out factor, wild man-love commences anyway. At least, that’s what I think the plot is… I could be wrong :p. ---

OK, the song is actually called \*\* Da Doo Ron Ron \*\* by \*\* The Crystals /b] (circa 1963) but you’ve got me stumped on yours - if it ain’t LOLA or Lou Reed or Dude Look Like a Lady, I’ve pretty much run through my knowledge of TV rock. No doubt other Doper will nail it down shortly. ---
