How can Cardi B not be charged because of "insufficient evidence?"

It doesn’t make sense that an un-fan of a performer would spend the money on the chance they’ll get close enough to the stage to throw water on a performer, and then take the chance of getting beaten by fans, security, or the police. And then the police can can arrest them also. You acknowledge this yourself. So how did you determine that only people who hate specific performers throw things on the stage?

That’s not an answer to my question. But since I’ve stated it three or four times now and not gotten one, I must be asking it wrong somehow so I might as well give up.

Because you don’t throw shit at people you like or whose show you’re enjoying. You might if you weren’t enjoying the performance though. See numerous accounts of vegetables getting thrown at bad–not good–vaudeville performers.

Keep in mind that at concerts people often use mood altering substances. Also, if a “fan” realizes part way through a performance that the artist is lip syncing, their feelings toward the artist might change.

And on top of that, people have weird ways of showing affection. I don’t think that kid who spent his money and time to regularly follow and heckle us actually disliked us. It was just his weird way of being “involved” with the show.

Unless it’s your bra or panties

What’s new, Pussycat?

You haven’t asked a question relevant to this thread. You keep making an unfounded assumption about someone’s motive.

Cardi B asked concert goers to throw water on her.
