This will be good to rub in when someone I know talks about eating “whole foods” as the only way to live. Thanks for posting this!
Seriously, if you look at a lot of ingredients from store bought food, look them up and see about their safety, as compared with some stuff that make up more naturally derived foods, you pretty much break even. There are good and bad things in everything.
(eating whole foods is better in most cases, but i’m going to use this for the annoying alarmist types, just to screw with them)
