If there is an upholstery shop near you (do a google search), they can take a regular chair and make it for you. Also try Facebook groups specific to your area, they may have good recommendations for local makers. ---

It is an armchair and since it does not have arms it is called a slipper chair. ---

Hmm. None of these are working. I’ve gone on Amazon and tried regency chair, occasional chair, and wingback chair. I get all kinds of chairs—almost every kind of chair, it seems—but nothing that looks remotely like this. ---

(description says red, but the picture is definitely not). It’s not mine. And the owner acquired it second-hand and has no idea where it came from. But those pics look fancier than this one. But “hourglass” might be the key term here! ---

One presumably crucial feature would be “button-back”. Try also “armless”. ---
