# How can I find out what shots I got in bootcamp?

In the navy, in 1989?
I don’t need to know for a reason; I’m just curious. The only ones I really remember are for smallpox (because of the scabs nearly everyone but me had) and tetanus (sore!), but it seems like I got a jab for something every other day for a month. Anyone have a clue?

I’m sure there’s a form you can fill out to get your medical records from the Pentagon. Those guys love their paperwork.
[Here](http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/medical.html)’s a page that might be a helpful starting point; it shows you who to contact depending on your dates of service.
