I wanted to start a blog on Wordpress, but whatever I click on the home page brings me to a blank screen (with only their logo shown). Nothing is working! Is their website down? Is there any way I can reach out to them by email or telephone? Are others experiencing this? What options do I have to get help? I need factual answers to solve this, please. ---

Apparently, there is a [Wordpress.com](http://Wordpress.com) and a [Wordpress.org](http://Wordpress.org). My problems are with [Wordpress.com](http://Wordpress.com). ---

It’s working for me in both Chrome and IE; although in IE it looks a little jumbled. I’m afraid their support is online only - no phone or email address listed that I could find. [https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/](https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/)
