Retail stores, restaurants, car dealerships and just all businesses in general. How can I fill up my mailbox full of crap? ---

I would think that merely having a mailbox would be sufficient. Failing that, subscribe to a magazine, or order something from a catalog. ---

Curious. What else might you do with lots of junk mail? Cheap TP? Housebreaking a puppy? Tinder for a huge bonfire? Building a house out of paper mache? Really bored and need light reading? I suggest buying one cheap item from a wide variety of online stores-clothing, toys, pets, outdoor stuff, indoor stuff, random gadgets- and wait for the catalogs to start rolling in. ---

Register and insure a car and get a drivers license. I quit driving several years ago, and now my mail box is empty on most days, with only about 3 or 4 pieces of junk mail a week. Most of those don’t even have my name on them. I still have bank accounts, credit cards and utilities in my name, but get almost no junk mail at all. ---

Fun fact. My late wife died over 12 years ago and I still receive junk mai addressed to her. What’s even more amazing to me is that the junk mailers have managed to update her address to a place that I bought after she died! ---

Have you seen those people-finder websites that list “people you may be related to”? It shows my wife’s brother at an address I lived at five years before I met her. There is another person with my surname living in my apartment complex. I am now receiving mail addressed to that person’s first name, but my apartment number. All of us receive a monthly catalog listing the specials at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. I just read in a magazine (believe it or not!) last week that there’s some sort of services that pay you for telling them what sort of junk mail you receive. If I find that article again, I’ll update.
