Idunno’ where this best lives, but the judge in E. Jean Carroll’s other Defamation suit against Trump has said the jury will (also) be anonymous … due to … Trump’s incorrigible bad behavior in all of his other ongoing judicial issues:
Trump. That rascal.
Trump petitioned that he is “immune from prosecution” in this case, lost, appealed, and guess what?
He lost again:
I thought we were supposed to get tired of all the winning they’d be doing?
It was a slip of the tongue; they meant whining.
I tell you, someone who has a lot more time on their hands than I do, needs to put together a tally of all judicial decisions made for and against Trump and his lawyers since Novemeber 3, 2020 and calculate his win/ratio. I’m guessing its south of 1/10 but I’d love the Schadenfreude that would come with confirmation.
