It does work. You entered the smilie with a lowercase d when it needs to be uppercase. [noparse]:D[/noparse] = 😃 ---

Was that the only content of your post (outside of a quote box)? Because the board software automatically converts any post that’s entirely uppercase into lowercase, and if there wasn’t anything in the post but a colon and a D, then it would have considered the post all upper-case. ---
