# How come this forum got so short? Tossing old threads?

There are only five listed.  
If it’s to improve performance, all for the better, but it is startling.

The new version of the vB software defaults to Show threads from the last day.

There are more than 20 threads showing on my screen - the number of threads is determined by the number written in the last ten days. How many days worth of threads are you seeing?

Jois, that’s because you have set up 10 days in your profile. If people say “use the forum default”, they only see the last day’s worth of posts.
