They sell safety chaps that will almost instanty stop the chain before it rips you open.
I bought my dad safety chaps for Father’s Day almost 20 years ago. I inherited them and his two best chainsaws a few years ago.
I always wear them anytime I use a chainsaw. Chainsaws are dangerous and still require training before using one. Safety first!
Chaps won’t help if a tree falls on you.
