I’m still shaking my head at the whole concept of this thread. Clinton said that half of Trump’s supporters are basically racists and white supremacists, which make them deplorable. Here in this thread, we get a few right-wingers who seem to want to be included alongside David Duke and his ilk – “Hey, why aren’t you calling us out? We’re bad people too!” As compared to Trump saying that most Mexicans are rapists and drug dealers, yet we do not see Hispanics leaping to message boards saying, “Hey, we’re bad people too! Count us in with the murders and arsonists!” If anyone doubts that white privilege exists, it’s just look at what’s happening here. 1. White dudes rushing to align themselves with racists just to piss of Hillary Clinton, because they are confident that nothing bad is going to happen to them. 2. In contrast, Hispanic people leap to criticize Trump for broad-brushing them as being a bunch of criminals, because they know that his rhetoric causes people to look at Hispanics more poorly. I mean, what the hell, white people? ---

There’s no such thing as “white people”. “White” is the absence of all the other qualities that make an identity, it is an empty canvas devoid of color. The peckerwood culture of my native Texas is ignorant, crude and vulgar. Better that than “white”. ---
