The guy who runs the company selling bogus car warranties via illegal robocalls is Christopher Cowart of Transcontinental Car Warranty.

His linkedin profile :

A website devoted to people who want to know which companies are doing this (i.e., correlating the caller ID number with the various scams). This page is one regarding the car warranty scams.

The people who run the actual robocalling companies that participate in illegal robocalling:  
James Dunne Voice Touch Inc.,

Finally, the FTC web page describing the complaint filed against Cowart, and the temporary restraining order and asset freeze against the company, filed just this past Thursday.

The incessant calling pisses me off, but reading about it, some people actually give these jerks their credit card numbers, which pisses me off even more.
