If thatā€™s real, itā€™s a tattoo done by somebody with nowhere near the experience to do a tattoo of that size and that complexity, and without competent supervision. Apprenticing tattooists start small, simple and supervised for very good reasons. ---

If I were being charitable, I would say that the original design (the text and the ribbon) was created by someone with little artistic skill and even less artistic sense. She went to a studio run by a tattoo artist - who happens to be congenitally devoid of shame and professional pride - who scanned the original and slapped the stencil on the victimā€™s back without question. ---
