The NJ Statute seems pretty clear :
- a. Cemetery companies shall be exempt from the payment of any real estate taxes, rates and assessments or personal property taxes on lands and equipment dedicated to cemetery purposes.
b. Land dedicated to cemetery purposes owned by any person shall be exempt from all taxes, rates or assessments.
The only way the entire resort would be exempt from taxes is if the entire resort was dedicated to cemetery purposes.

I could actually see Trump’s kids doing this after he dies. The resort will be less valuable without Trump and the kids don’t seem to care much about it anyway. Just turn the whole thing into a MAGA cemetery. There must be thousands of people who would want to be buried near him. Of course, the closer to him, the higher the price. There could be tours and a gift shop. The grift possibilities would be incredible.
