[How do female astronauts menstruate in space?](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/read/2827/how-do-female-astronauts-menstruate-in-space) OK, I **love** how Cecil is writing another gender article while the fun is still going on over the other articles. One question: in (2), is the “reasons we needn’t get into” William Rowe’s avoidance, or Cecil’s? ---

**Correction** : Sally Ride’s ride in the shuttle was in 1983, not 1982. ---

\*Some \*of the Apollo 15 astronauts… Seeing as only two of them were on the moon, either one of them did or they all did.
