# How do I beat a speeding ticket?

I don’t know how many times this has happened. I sometimes find myself basically acting as the lawyer for the guy I wrote the ticket for. I make sure he gets a break with a no point ticket, explain that he will be asked to plead guilty to an ammended charge and then I make sure they know what to do over and over. When they get in front of the judge…“Not Guilty”. And the process starts all over again.
