# How do I create more than one link?

This has annoyed me several times… When I try to create more than one hotlink within a post, they somehow merge. Here’s one I tried posting earlier. I won’t use quotes to avoid further confusing things.

Here’s what it actually looks like, so you won’t have to hit “reply” to figure it out. I’ve substituted V’s for U’s.

The url itself must be enclosed in the double quotes. A link should be coded like this: [\*\*url=“[http://www.straightdope.com](http://www.straightdope.com)”]the Straight Dope

which winds up looking like this: [the Straight Dope](http://www.straightdope.com)
