No, I believe that even women only qualify themselves if they are pregnant, otherwise only their kids qualify, same as the dad mentioned.

Seems like if anyone would know what programs the government has, it would be the government itself. Particularly if you call up a section of the government similar to yours.

Try calling WIC, and ask what government abbreviation would be applicable to your situation.
