# How do I interrogate a Vingcard lock?  Need answer fast!

I need to know how to interrogate a VingCard 2100 Plus lock. I work at a hotel and my google-fu is too weak to find an answer. Most links to manuals require registration or payment for downloads, etc.

In checking the manuf’s website it appears these locks are almost 15+ years old and no docs are the website. If you have a source it might actually make sense to pay for the manual.

Here are the service centers. Possibly asking nicely might get them to scan and send you one.
