I’ve given my daughter a 32 gig iPod touch. What needs to happen to put these movies on the iPod? ---

handbrake works great for this. However, if you are on a windows machine you will somehow need to crack the DRM. For reasons I don’t fully understand the mac version of handbrake will do this for you but the windows version will not. ---

I really really want to put DVDs on my iPod. I have a Windows machine and an 80gig iPod video. Is it something I could do? ---

Try DVD43 to decrypt your DVDs. It’s free and runs in the background. I use it with Handbrake and never had a problem with it. Download [here](http://www.dvd43.com/). ---

I also use Handbrake and DVD43. They work great, but were not able to work with The Dark Knight disc that I had recently. When you use Handbrake, I’ve found that a bitrate around 400kb/s has good quality and much smaller files than the default of around 900k.
