# How do I sign up for subsciption?

Yeah, I know, probably a stunningly stupid question. But I honestly do not know. Is there a link to a subsciption page or something?

Subscription isn’t operative yet. According to [Ed Zotti’s stickie](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=245825) about this, the board will go down on Monday for an hour or two (so 'tis said) while certain software changes are made. When it comes back up people will be able to subscribe. The process is:

I’ve said it elsewhere, I’ll say it again. Anyone wanting assistance in subscribing, email me. I’m not just talking about fronting the moolah for those short the money. Those of you without a credit card or PayPal account, you can send me the money and I’ll take care of the signup payment and process. I’m already committed to do it for two people; glad to lend a hand for anyone else in the same boat.
