# How do I swallow a pill?

If it’s a capsule you should tip your head forward (and close your mouth 1st) as the capsule will float.

Thank you all for the advice. I’ll try the Tic-Tac’s and see if I can swallow them, once I am successful there. Jomo Mojo nope I never was a resident of the south. Born in NY lived there my first two years and now have been in New Jersey the rest
