Collegiate or scholastic or just high school wrestling would be fine. It is very similar to freestyle wrestling with some rule modifications. Rules can also vary slightly vary from state to state. For example in Michigan we wrestled under MHSAA (Michigan High School Athletic Association) rules. According to our coach our rules were much more restrictive then Indiana’s regarding potentially dangerous moves. If you need further clarification or have any questions feel free to ask I will answer to the best of my abilities.

I’ve heard of scholastic wrestling being called “folkstyle” before.

FWIW, the Florida HSAA offers a Freestyle class also, though I think only at the varsity level.
