Dinner: [Oysters sautéed with butter, garlic, and tarragon](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-do-i-do-with-these-oysters/945633/10); rib-eye steak cooked on the barbie; and corn on the cob, slathered in butter, wrapped in foil, and cooked on the barbie. I’m drinking ‘ranch water’, and Mrs. L.A. is having margaritas.
